Description

INTRODUCTON TO DIETETICS—Introduction to the profession of dietetics and responsibilities associated with dietetic professional practice. The emphasis is on development of a pre-professional portfolio, career options in dietetics, and preparation for a dietetic internship. Professional issues related to dietetic practice include code of ethics, standards of professional practice, and future trends in the profession.
