Description

MULTICULTURAL FOODS: EXPERIENCING CULTURE THROUGH FOOD—A study of the cultural influences of food on societies, including nourishment, health beliefs and practices, religion, social communication, and socio-economic status.
This course will satisfy the core area requirement in social justice and sustainability.
This course will satisfy the core requirement in multicultural studies.
