Description

NUTRITIONAL BIOCHEMISTRY—Elementary course in biochemistry dealing with functions and metabolism of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, and their related substances with emphasis on clinical applications in health professions. Prerequisite: NUTR 250 and CHEM 104
This course will satisfy the core requirement in advanced CRWS.
