NUTRITION SUPERVISED PRACTICE:FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT (NUTR 465)
Term: 2015-2016 Academic Year Summer
This required supervised practice course places the student in food service management settings for preceptor-supervised practice as part of an ACEND-accredited Coordinated or ISPP Program in Dietetics. Students will be required to meet specific ACEND competencies aligned with planned learning activities associated with food service management practice by Registered Dietitians. Prerequisite(s): Acceptance into the Coordinated Program in Dietetics - B.S. program
