Follow this link for Astra, the university's online reservation system. A new page will appear and you will be required to log in with your Dominican user id and password (this is the same user id that you use to log in to your workstation). Follow the directions that will appear in the center of the new form. 
 
Please allow one business day for meeting confirmations and note that special events may take longer for review or multiple approvals. Rooms that are not offered on Astra can be requested by "describing your room" at the bottom Astra's event and meeting request forms.
 
Cancellations or changes to reservations must be emailed to scheduling@dom.edu.
