GRADUATE - ACCESS TO ONLINE GRADUATION & COMMENCEMENT APPLICATIONS

In order to access graduation and commencement applications for online submission, you must be logged into myDU with your username and password. 

Applications are not accessible unless you are logged into myDU.

Once you are logged in, follow this link to 'Graduation & Commencement Applications'

Only late applications should be submitted using the application links BELOW.  On-time submissions should use the above link to access the online application.

Brennan School of Business (Graduate Only)

Prior to graduation, the following requirements must be met:
 

1.       Satisfactory completion of all required courses (see Bulletin)

2.       Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 30 semester hours of credit with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0

3.       Application filed in the Registrar's Office (click here for the due date)

School of Information Studies (Graduate Only)

Prior to graduation, the following requirements must be met:
 

1.       Satisfactory completion of all required courses (see Bulletin)

2.       Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 36 semester hours of credit with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0

3.       Application filed in the Registrar's Office (click here for the due date)

Graduate School of Education (Graduate Only)

Prior to graduation, the following requirements must be met:
 

1.       Satisfactory completion of all required courses (see Bulletin)

2.       A cumulative grade point average of 3.0

3.       Application filed in the Registrar's Office (click here for the due date)

School of Social Work (Graduate Only)

Prior to graduation, the following requirements must be met:
 

1.       Satisfactory completion of all required courses (see Bulletin)

2.       Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 30 semester hours of credit with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0

Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution

Prior to graduation, the following requirements must be met:
 

1.       Satisfactory completion of all required courses (see Bulletin)

2.       Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 30 semester hours of credit with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0

3.       Application filed in the Registrar's Office 60 days prior to completion of degree program

There is a $75 fee for graduation. 

For late applications, there is an additional $25 fee for graduation

Final payment of all fees (including graduation fee) must be received to participate in the commencement ceremony, receive a copy of your diploma, or request transcripts

(Degrees are conferred regardless of financial obligation)

The graduation fee will be billed to your account in the fifth week of your final semester

Payment can be made by using either a credit card or electronic check through Cashnet.  Please contact the Student Accounts Office for payment questions.

Students who plan to complete degree requirements during the Summer Session and who intend to participate in the May commencement ceremony must submit a graduation application prior to the mid-semester break of the preceding spring semester. Students who do not intend to participate have until the first day of Summer Session I to submit a graduation application.
