POLICY ON AUDITING CLASSES

 

 

Please note: While tuition charges will initially be applied to your account, the tuition charges will be manually adjusted after add/drop (see Academic Calendar for details).


Graduate Programs

Brennan School of Business

Brennan School of Business Alum can audit a Brennan School of Business class at 50% tuition cost plus fees.

College of Applied Social Sciences

School of Education Alum can audit a School of Education class in their degree area for no cost.

School of Information Studies (formerly School of Library and Information Science) Alum can audit a School of Information Studies class in their degree area for no cost.
 
School of Social Work Alum can audit a School of Social Work class for no cost. 
 
Meditation and Conflict Resolution (MMCR) Alumnae/i can audit a MMCR class for no tuition cost plus fees.
 
Trauma Informed Leadership (MATIL) Alumnae/i can audit a MATIL class for no tuition cost plus fees.
(All other students can audit a graduate class at the full tuition rate.)
 
 
Undergraduate Programs
 
Rosary College of Arts & Sciences

Rosary College of Arts & Sciences Alum can audit a RCAS class at no tuition cost plus fees.
 
College of Applied Social Science
 
Bachelor of Professional Studies Alumnae/i can audit a BPS course at no tuition cost plus fees

College of Health Sciences

Post-Bacc Alum can audit a Post-Bacc or RCAS class at no tuition cost plus fees.
 

(All others may audit an undergraduate course at a 50% reduction in tuition. They will also be responsible for fees. Summer classes can be audited at a 50% reduction of the summer tuition rate.)

Auditing is not permitted in studio courses in art, music or theater; physical education courses; independent/directed study, service learning and other courses as designated by the colleges.
