Description
NUTRITION COMMUNICATION SKILLS—Study of the theoretical framework based in behavioral sciences and education as used in planning and delivering nutrition information and counseling. Prerequisite: NUTR 250 and Junior standing. Concurrent enrollment in NUTR 404 recommended.
This course will satisfy the core area requirement in social justice and sustainability.
