How do I schedule my space?
All advance facility requests for meetings, events and information tables should be placed via Astra, the university's online reservation system.  Email and telephone inquiries are discouraged except for last-minute day-of-event and nex-day requests.  Please use Astra.
 
Before receiving confirmation of  your date and facility, your request may need your department's approval and may also require additional university approvals. Each event is different and all event requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Your request remains "tentative" until you receive a formal confirmation approving the request.  Please do not advertise dates/facilities until you receive the formal confirmation via email.
 
Training is available for Astra, the university's online reservation system. Email scheduling@dom.edu or call 708-488-5295 to schedule a private training session.
