*   A Facility Set-up Form is required for all events that need a specific furniture arrangement.
*   Please complete the facility set-up request found here:  Facility Set-up Form 
*   Email completed forms to scheduling@dom.edu or deliver to the SES office in the Magnus Arts Center room 210.
*   Set-up request forms must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
*   Confirmation of the availability of a facility is not confirmation of a particular set-up.
*   Not all types of set-ups are available in all rooms.
*   Set-up availability in heavily used multi-configurable rooms may be dependent on how the room needs to be used before or after your event.
